The story
Młoda Polska sits at Plac Solny 4 in the centre of Wrocław, where the kitchen reworks Polish home cooking in a modern Polish idiom and earned a Gault&Millau score of 12.5 for 2026.
Beata Śniechowska leads the kitchen. Her menu takes comfort food rooted in Polish tradition and presents it in a new, personal form. The cooking relies on seasonal and local ingredients, so the plates change with the year.
Herring, blood sausage and borscht sit on the menu beside breaded pork cutlet, Silesian dumplings and pikeperch in cream sauce. Each is a familiar home dish, served with a more considered finish than the original.
Dimmed lamps, a muted palette and a piano by the bar give the room a warm, residential feel. Live music plays on select days. The bar pours more than 140 Polish vodkas, distillates and okowita, along with classic and natural wines chosen to pair with the food.
