Bayview by Michel Roth is a haute cuisine restaurant at Quai Wilson 47 in Geneva, and it holds one Michelin star (2026). The dining room sits inside the Hotel President Wilson on the lakeshore, where chef Danny Khezzar runs the kitchen.

Chef and cooking style

Danny Khezzar took over the kitchen on May 1, 2023, after seven years under Michel Roth. He was a finalist on Season 14 of Top Chef. The menus use seasonal produce from the Geneva region, including lake fish and products carrying the Genève Région - Terre Avenir label. The tasting menu runs to seven courses at lunch and ten at dinner.

Dishes and the room

Gault&Millau gave the restaurant 18 points in 2026. Its opening course is a broth of Geneva oyster mushrooms, and a later plate brings smoked venison under a glass cover with pommes soufflées. Dessert might arrive as a deconstructed lemon meringue tart, served in separate pieces. Tables look over the water, with mahogany furniture and a palette of blue and gold. The cellar holds around 800 bottles, guided by head sommelier Geoffrey Bentrari.
