The story
Treinta y Tres is a Spanish restaurant on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star, at Aleja Grunwaldzka 472c in Gdańsk. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026, the guide's mark for good quality, good value cooking.
The cooks here are the same team that runs ARCO by Paco Pérez. Chef Antonio Arcieri is Italian by origin and Spanish by inclination, and he trained under some of Spain's best-known chefs. The Best Chef Awards gave him two knives, a World-Class rating. The kitchen relies largely on ingredients brought in from Spain.
The menu is built around tapas, seafood and rice. Typical orders are croquetas de jamón ibérico, pulpo a la gallega and a brioche filled with Rubia Gallega beef tartare, corn, mole and black garlic. Rice dishes come for two, among them arroz de carabineros. For dessert there are churros with chocolate and crema catalana with gingerbread. The pastry chef, Marek Rosochacki, specialises in chocolate.
The interior is bright, spacious and minimal, with a bar by the entrance and a view over the Tricity and the bay. Gault&Millau scored it 14 in 2026, citing interior and atmosphere. The wine list runs to around 500 labels. The bar also keeps a selection of whiskies, rums and gins, including some rare single bottles.
