The story
Arco by Paco Pérez is a Mediterranean and Spanish fine dining restaurant at Al. Grunwaldzka 472C in Gdańsk, and it holds one Michelin star (2026) for high quality cooking.
The restaurant occupies the 33rd floor of the Olivia Star skyscraper, with panoramic windows over the city and the Bay of Gdańsk. A striking ceiling installation draws the eye upward, while natural materials and friendly warm lighting keep the room relaxed. Tables sit at a comfortable distance, each dressed with a white tablecloth.
Antonio Arcieri leads the kitchen, adding Italian influences to Paco Pérez's Mediterranean approach. Local Polish produce sits alongside ingredients from further afield, and the menu changes with the seasons. The tasting menu, offered with wine pairings, includes fish, seafood and vegetarian courses. Dishes on the menu include beet-root ravioli, parsley chawanmushi, tuna tacos, miso soup, spaghetti della Nonna Teresina, and sea bass.
