The story
NORRA, a French restaurant listed in Utrecht, is at Emmaplein 10 in Bilthoven. Gault&Millau gave it 13 points for 2026, and Michelin recommends it in the same year. The restaurant opened in spring 2025 as a casual fine dining room linked to the bistro Le Nord.
Grégory Nicole cooks as patron chef, with souschef Mats Blankestein in the kitchen. The French cooking is creative but accessible, built on good products. Lunch and dinner share one card, which offers a Menu 3, a full à la carte, and a four to seven course menu. Every dish can be ordered vegetarian, but a fully vegan menu is not served.
Lieke runs front of house alongside Grégory, and the room suits both evenings out and working lunches. The two-course Powerlunch is served within an hour, which works for a short meeting. Guests with allergies or dietary needs should mention them when booking. Club NORRA evenings bring a livelier mood to the room.
