The story

CYCLE by Mauro Colagreco, Tokyo: Contemporary French Dining in Otemachi

CYCLE by Mauro Colagreco serves contemporary French cooking at 1F, Otemachi One, 1-2-1 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and holds one Michelin star in the 2026 guide.

Chef and cooking style

Head chef Yuhei Miyamoto joined the Mirazur team in Menton, rose to sous chef there, and took over this kitchen in 2023. Mauro Colagreco, the Argentine-born chef behind the restaurant, promotes a circular approach that follows the life cycle of plants. The menu changes with the seasons, and the kitchen aims for zero-waste recipes with most ingredients sourced from Japan.

Menus and dining room

Lunch begins at 15,000 yen, while dinner comes as Symbiose at 24,000 yen or Inspiration at 32,000 yen. Vegetarian versions are available if you ask when booking. The room seats 47, and a private room takes up to six guests. A non-alcoholic pairing called Fluidité starts at 12,000 yen, and a 10 percent service charge applies.
