The story
Plaiga TOKYO is a French restaurant at M2F, Nihonseimei Marunouchi Garden Tower, 1-1-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The French kitchen follows Japan's seasons, and Gault&Millau awarded it 15.5 points for 2026.
The menus are built around Japanese produce at its peak, sourced from producers across the country. Classic French technique gives the courses their structure, while the composition stays free and changes with the season. The Gourmand course runs ten services, and the Menu Special finishes with Hida beef chateaubriand and seasonal truffle.
The dining room has six tables, spaced with room between them. A single private room seats about ten and suits anniversaries and business dinners. The wine list draws on a walk-in cellar holding more than 2,000 bottles, with a focus on France and Italy.
