The story
Myò Sushi Bar, at Allée Ernest-Ansermet 1 in Lausanne, runs a Japanese kitchen that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026 for good quality, good value cooking.
Gault&Millau awarded the restaurant 15 points in 2026 and singled out its fish. Superfresh sea creatures such as dorade, bonito and eel shape the menu. Nigiri topped with salmon roe and a sea urchin corail are described as well made.
Warm starters include crisp gyoza with wild shrimp, pointed cabbage and ginger. Beef strips braised in ginger, mirin and sake offer a meat option. Desserts take a European turn, such as crème brûlée with lemon verbena or matcha ice cream with chocolate sorbet.
