The story
La Table du Lausanne Palace is a modern French restaurant at Rue du Grand Chêne 7 in Lausanne, inside the hotel of the same name. It holds two Michelin stars (2026), and its kitchen builds contemporary French cooking around local produce.
Head chef Franck Pelux, who was born in Burgundy, leads the brigade. The menu described by Gault&Millau opens with an œuf en meurette and continues with asparagus millefeuille finished with vine-wood-smoked tips, and with confit Breton lobster served with beurre blanc, Swiss miso and mango. Gault&Millau awarded the restaurant 17 points in 2026.
The dining room looks out over Lausanne's rooftops, the mountains and Lake Geneva, and the chefs work at the stove in view of guests. Sarah Benahmed receives diners, and the sommelier team is led by Alexis Attal.
