The story
Feng Wei Ju serves Hunanese and Sichuan cuisine on the 5th floor of the StarWorld Hotel, Avenida da Amizade, Macau. The Michelin Guide awarded it two stars in 2026 for excellent cooking, and the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide gave it one Diamond the same year.
Executive Chef Chan Chek Keong has more than 25 years of experience in fine dining. He keeps close to traditional Chinese cooking but adds unusual techniques and new ingredients. The kitchen presents its Hunan dishes with an artistic touch and its Sichuan dishes with clear heat.
The dining room follows a classic Dong Ting design. Noodles and pastries sit alongside the Hunan and Sichuan mains, and the restaurant points diners toward its spicy Sichuan plates.
