The story

Drunken Fish Macau: Seafood, Live Auctions and Moutai at Wynn Macau

Drunken Fish serves seafood on the first floor of Wynn Macau, at 1/F, Wynn Macau, Rua Cidade de Sintra, NAPE, Macau, and holds a Four-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide for 2026. The restaurant is built around fresh catches and a live auction that runs during dinner.

Chef and cooking style

Executive Chef Zhang Zhi Cheng leads the kitchen. Many of the seafood dishes start with prize-winning catches sourced from around the world, from French blue lobster to Sri Lankan crab. The chef's method is to keep each ingredient's own flavor clear, combining elements with restraint.

Standout dishes

The new menu includes red-spotted grouper with pickled tomato, chili, bean sprouts and Moutai. Sri Lanka mud crab comes with the house black pepper, and Boston lobster arrives with homemade curry and egg. Thai mantis shrimp is wok-fried with garlic flakes in the Hong Kong style, and seasonal oysters rotate through the menu.

Room and auction

Hand-bent curved aquariums run along the dining room, and the main window looks out over Performance Lake through a 180-degree view. Guests can bid on live catches, wines and Moutai during the auction, and the kitchen prepares whatever is won to the diner's preference. Two private dining rooms have balconies for quieter evenings.

Drinks

The Moutai Bar offers Moutai-based cocktails created by Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd, including the Moutai Elixir, which pairs black cherry with grapefruit. The wine list earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2025.
