The story
Fleher Hof is a French restaurant at Fleher Straße 254 in Düsseldorf, a traditional brick-fronted inn a short walk from the Rhine. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 2 Kochlöffel in 2026.
The Hof menu runs from two courses at 59 euros to five at 89 euros, and duck anchors it. The confit Alsatian leg arrives with beluga lentils, kalamansi and chipotle. The roast breast sits beside parsley root, carrot and a potato pancake. Before either, there is a house-made duck foie gras terrine with plantain, date, pear and brioche.
The French kitchen leans classic on the à la carte list. Frog legs come with pastis and tarragon, and gratinated Grafschafter vineyard snails are served by the half dozen. Steak and frites uses Westerwald beef with a creole béarnaise, and braised ox cheek comes with sauerkraut and corn bread. A three-course vegetarian menu at 55 euros starts with burrata and mushroom, then moves to a Mediterranean vegetable quiche with goat cheese.
Cheese comes from Fromagerie Tourette in Strasbourg, served with fruit bread and crispbread. For dessert, Chocolat Noir pairs dark chocolate mousse with wild blueberries, pepper and yuzu. The wine list passes 250 positions, and the taps pour Schlüssel Alt and Sion Kölsch. The Michelin Guide also lists Fleher Hof as recommended for 2026, and a terrace is open for outdoor seating.
