The story
La Table de Manon is a French restaurant at Rue de Givet 79 in Durbuy, Belgium, and it holds one Michelin star for 2026. Chef Manon Schenck's French kitchen draws on Alsace and Brittany, the two regions where she and her cooking partner have worked.
Manon Schenck grew up in the Munster valley in Alsace and trained in Colmar before moving to Brittany, where she worked alongside David Delmas at a starred hotel restaurant. The menu changes with the seasons and focuses on seafood, with lobster appearing often. Gault&Millau awarded the restaurant 15 points in 2026 and praised precise preparations.
The restaurant occupies a large house with a garden, and the rooms feel contemporary but intimate. David Delmas, who won the title of Belgium's first maître d'hôtel in 2026, runs the dining room and the cellar. The wine list is mostly French, with a strong Alsace selection, a few international bottles and nods to Belgian vineyards. A private lounge seats parties of up to 12 on reservation.
