The story
La Bru'sserie, at rue du Comte Théodule d'Ursel 14 in Durbuy, runs an international kitchen built around small plates for the whole table. Gault&Millau awarded it 14 points in 2026, and the Michelin Guide lists it as Recommended for the same year.
Chef Wout Bru moves between Asia, Spain, Provence and South America within a single menu. Diners can choose a three or five course meal, or the sharing menu of eight dishes for a table of at least two. Service runs Wednesday to Sunday, at lunch and in the evening.
The hamachi comes with a miso and yuzu vinaigrette and sesame. The wagyu is cooked on a hot stone and served with braised sucrine and soy. Langoustine carpaccio sits on ice with Imperial Héritage caviar and Isigny cream, while the lobster lasagne is finished with thyme butter and confit tomato.
