The story
La Truffe Noire is a classic cuisine restaurant at Boulevard de la Cambre 12 in Brussels, where black and white truffles anchor the menu. Gault&Millau awarded it 14 points for 2026, and the house has been cooking around truffles since 1988.
Chef Olivier Broucke leads the kitchen, working from a classic base with touches of modernity. The house describes its approach as a balance between tradition and innovation, with luxury ingredients handled with care. Guests can order a set menu or dishes à la carte, and a weekday lunch and business lunch run alongside dinner.
The Périgord truffle served à la croque au sel, priced at 95 euros, is the kitchen's specialty. Other plates include medallions of Aubrac veal with a creamy morel sauce and Vendée pigeon roasted with Norcia truffle. Summer menus add black truffle to pasta, such as fettuccine with pistachio pesto. Michelin lists the restaurant as Recommended for 2026.
The dining room is finished in soothing teal blue. A terrace serves the warmer months, and a private salon hosts groups of six to twenty. A valet takes care of your car from arrival to departure.
