The story
Hispania is a Spanish restaurant at rue Bodenbroek 2 in Brussels, listed as Recommended by the Michelin Guide in 2026. It stands on the Zavel (Grand Sablon) and is part of the NH Hotel.
Menus are written by gastronomic director Marcos Morán and executive chef Adrián Mancheño, with Spanish products at the centre. Tapas sit alongside signature dishes. Gault&Millau gave the restaurant 13 in 2026 and describes a generous cooking style, honest in flavor, refined yet accessible.
Lorenzo Castillo designed the chic interior. Guests can choose between the Brasserie, El Impasse del Sablon and a VIP Room, each with its own mood. The Brussels address opened in 2016, following the first Hispania in London in 2013.
