The story
Colonel Fort Jaco, at Chaussée de Waterloo 1405 in Uccle, Brussels, is a grill restaurant built around good meat. Gault&Millau scores it 13.5 for 2026.
Gault&Millau says you come mainly for a good piece of meat. The list runs from a wagyu beef burger to an entrecôte with béarnaise sauce, up to a chateaubriand for two. Anyone who likes watching chefs at work should try for a spot at the counter. The Michelin Guide also lists the restaurant as Recommended for 2026.
Fort Jaco is the second of three Colonel addresses in Brussels. It sits in a calm, green setting in the south of the city. The house sells its Colonel Sélection and aged cuts, which you can also choose at the butcher's space. Takeaway runs from here too, with meats to cook at home, charcuterie boards and desserts.
