The story
Zet'Joe at Langestraat 11 in Brugge holds one Michelin star (2026) for its French cooking, led by chef Geert Van Hecke.
Gault&Millau scores the restaurant 17 in 2026. It singles out the refined interior, a sizeable art collection, styled tables and attentive service. The French kitchen leans on Flemish produce. Hop shoots from Poperinge come with a white beer sabayon, and Flemish rabbit is cooked in a cloth and served with gratinated chicory and a brown beer sauce.
Saint-Jacques scallops arrive with coral mousse, leek jus, curry and coconut. Pigeon from the Dombes is paired with a marbré of confit legs. Desserts include a dame blanche "Générale". The set menu is 107€ and is not served on Saturday evening.
