The story
Meilenstein sits at Königstraße 5 in Lübeck, where a contemporary kitchen draws on French and world cuisine. The Michelin Guide listed it as Recommended in 2026.
The restaurant occupies a historic society house, which also holds three large banquet halls. The Schlemmer Atlas gave it 1.5 Kochlöffel in 2026. Guests can order a three-course menu or eat à la carte, and the terrace is a draw in its own right.
Meilenstein also runs a proper bar. Draft Carlsberg, Astra, Duckstein and Somersby are on tap, and the spritz list runs from Aperol to Averna. The Meilenstein Mule combines vodka, Riesling, lime and ginger beer, and the espresso martini comes in four versions. Billiards and darts are available at the counter, and cards and dice are free.
