The story
Theo Randall at One Hamilton Place, Park Lane, London W1J 7QY, is an Italian restaurant inside the InterContinental London Park Lane. It holds 2 AA Rosettes for 2026.
Theo Randall worked at Chez Panisse in California, then became Head Chef and Partner at The River Café. In 2006 he opened here at No. 1 Park Lane. The cooking is built on local ingredients combined with Italian imports, and the menu changes daily. It follows his regular trips to Italy and whatever the market offers that morning. Gambero Rosso awarded the restaurant 2 forks in 2021.
A regional tasting menu moves through Italy month by month. Campania runs in August, then Lazio and Marche, with producers and wine pairings matched to each region. It costs £85 per person and includes prosecco on arrival and wine for three courses. The Chef's Table is a four-course evening where Theo and his team introduce each dish at the table. Ninety percent of the wine list is Italian varietals, which he oversaw himself.
The Puglia Dining Room seats up to 18 guests and the Amalfi Dining Room up to 40. They can be joined for 58. The whole restaurant can be taken over for up to 165.
