The story
Pavyllon London is a French restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel on Hamilton Place, Mayfair, London W1J 7DR. It holds one Michelin star in the 2026 guide. The cooking is led by Yannick Alléno and centred on a live open kitchen.
Alléno works with Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra y Castell. Dishes rest on French technique but take in seasonal British produce, a Teppanyaki grill, and Nordic and Italian flavours. The room is built around expansive counter-top seating, so guests sit in front of the cooks. The house describes the result as innovative yet unpretentious modern French cuisine.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day, and afternoon tea runs from Friday to Sunday. Head sommelier Andrea Strocchio offers twenty or more wines by the glass. The restaurant also holds three AA Rosettes (2026). Next door, Bar Antoine pours cocktails from its Savoir-Boire list, which borrows rituals and ingredients from the French table.
Chahan Minassian designed the interiors. Beyond the main room there is a terrace, plus an upstairs private dining room for meetings and celebrations.
