Saison is the restaurant of chef Mauro Colagreco. The team has also staged special projects. A two-day residency timed to London Fashion Week paired a bespoke lunch and dinner menu by Raf's with Colagreco in a four-hands collaboration. Semi-finalists from BBC One's MasterChef later cooked an "Espionage Menu" in the kitchens, inspired by the history of The OWO.

The restaurant sits in a Grade II* Edwardian Baroque building on Whitehall, the centre of British Government. Waterloo and Charing Cross stations are close by. Horse Guards Parade, St James's Park, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey are within walking distance.
