The story
Paradiso is an Alpine and French restaurant at Via Engiadina 3 in St. Moritz, Switzerland, and it holds a Michelin Recommended mention for 2026. The restaurant sits high on the mountain above the village, reached by chairlift, on foot or on skis. Its two spaces, the Music Deck and the Mountain Club, take separate reservations.
The Music Deck serves mountain comfort food, traditional alpine classics with a twist, and world culinary favourites. Menus name the origin of each ingredient, and dishes use regional produce whenever possible. The kitchen reinterprets iconic recipes with a modern, creative approach.
The cellar holds over 500 wines and what the restaurant describes as the largest selection of champagnes in the area. Wine Spectator gave the list its Best of Award of Excellence in 2017. The Mountain Club is a members space with day passes available, where guests can linger over champagne or eat in the mountain sunshine. Water on the table comes from a spring a few steps from the building.
