The story

The kitchen works with local and seasonal ingredients and reinterprets Pomeranian flavours in a creative way. Reviewers single out beef tenderloin tartare with truffle and mushrooms, perch with caviar and champagne sauce, and rainbow trout with salsa verde. The printed menu also lists herring bismarck with onion syrup and mushroom pierogi with porcini and caramelised pickled cabbage.
