The story
Bosque FeVi serves Mediterranean cooking with a Spanish touch at 50 rue Gaalgebierg in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg. Gault&Millau awarded it 14.5 points in 2026, and the guide called the kitchen consistent and creative. The restaurant sits in the Gaalgebierg park, on the hills above the city.
Chef Fernando Andreu leads the kitchen. The cooking draws on Mediterranean produce and Catalan flavours, with tapas-style courses that move between Spanish and Mediterranean ideas. The guide notes that the approach stays steady from visit to visit.
The tasting menus change with the season and carry names such as Festival, Tapas and Iberian Essence. Among the dishes listed on the site are white asparagus served three ways, with goat's cheese and chia, anchovies, and Pata Negra ham. Gault&Millau singled out matured mackerel with apricot pickles and paprika yoghurt, and duck with sweet azuki beans and figs. A vegetarian menu, CoolVeggie, is also offered.
The dining room is modern, with monochrome tones that the guide describes as stylish. Each menu can be paired with wine, and the pairings lean on Spanish bottles from regions such as Rueda, Penedès and Rias Baixas.
