The story
Bistrot 64 is a modern cuisine restaurant at via Guglielmo Calderini 64 in Rome, listed as Michelin Recommended in 2026. The restaurant also holds two radishes in the We're Smart Green Guide for 2026.
The kitchen follows the seasons. Plates often look spare, but the technique underneath has been refined by removing and simplifying rather than adding. The team describes its cooking as a high cuisine that stays close to people, built on culture and personal stories.
The à la carte lists fresh pasta such as raviolo with peanuts, robiola, beetroot and spring onion, and pici with butter, lemon katsuobushi and 'nduja. Mains have included pigeon with figs, nuts and a truffle eggnog. Dessert can be a black garlic cream brûlée served with cherries.
The dining room is intimate, with warm, essential interiors in the style of a neo-bistrot. Tasting menus come in five courses at €70 per person or eight courses at €95, with wine pairings available. Vegetarian and vegan versions can be requested in advance, and the restaurant lists a private room and outdoor seating.
