The story
Acciuga, at via Vodice 25 in Rome, is a seafood restaurant that received a Michelin Recommended mention for 2026. The restaurant sits in the Delle Vittorie neighborhood and has been fully restyled under Federico Delmonte, with outdoor tables for warmer evenings.
The menu keeps the focus on raw ingredients, with humble local fish at the centre. Seasonality drives it. The menu changes every 15 days, and the tasting menus were reduced in price.
The must-try list starts with a piadina filled with sautéed chicory and grilled sardine. Spaghetti cacio e pepe comes with a cuttlefish quintoquarto sauce, and a grilled mussel skewer rounds out the seafood plates. For dessert, the moretta fanese pairs coffee with anise and lemon.
