The story
All'Oro is an Italian restaurant at via Giuseppe Pisanelli 25 in Rome, where chef patron Riccardo Di Giacinto runs a contemporary Italian kitchen. The restaurant holds one Michelin star, awarded in 2026 for high quality cooking.
Di Giacinto describes his method as stepping back to see where a dish has been before choosing the next move. He starts from the Roman culinary tradition and a small number of distinctive raw ingredients. In one example from his own description, a coda alla vaccinara becomes a rocher, and baccalà is brought in from Iceland.
The restaurant calls its wine list a declaration of war on banality, and the Green Guide awarded it 4 Radishes in 2026. Guests can order à la carte or the tasting menu, and the room has air conditioning and outdoor seating. The project began in the Parioli neighbourhood, where Riccardo and Ramona managed the restaurant day to day in its early years.
