The story
Vesper’s Restaurant & Bar sits at Frielinghausen 1 in Sprockhövel, in the Wuppertal area, and received 2 Kochlöffel from the Schlemmer Atlas in 2026. The kitchen cooks Mediterranean and fusion dishes in the middle of a golf course.
The menu follows the seasons and uses regional ingredients where possible. The Schlemmer Atlas points to turbot and tortellini, and to homemade cake for dessert. Vegetarian dishes appear on the card every day, and vegan plates are prepared on request. A set lunch menu is also on offer.
The dining room is large and bright, with a fireplace lounge attached. On sunny days the sun terrace looks out over the green Felderbach valley. That is where fresh waffles and cake are served alongside the main menu. Dogs are welcome inside.
