The story
Restaurant Nouri Taste serves Alsatian and German cooking at Herbert-Hellmann-Allee 14 in Unterkrozingen, inside the Nouri Hotel. The Schlemmer Atlas (2026) awarded it two Kochlöffel, and the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Alsatian chef Didier Sifferlen leads the kitchen. The menu combines regional specialties with international dishes and calorie-reduced fitness plates, and guests can order à la carte each day.
Goose liver parfait and gurnard with truffle are two of the plates the Schlemmer Atlas singled out. Diners can choose from the à la carte card or a four-course menu.
