The story
Eatrenalin is a modern cuisine restaurant at Europa-Park-Straße 2, 77977 Rust, Germany, and it holds a 2026 Michelin Guide recommendation. The menu is served inside a staged show within the Europa-Park resort, with French and world cuisine influences across an eight-course format.
Peter Hagen-Wiest has led the culinary direction since May 2025, alongside his work at Ammolite in the same resort. For the eight-course menu he invites other chefs to contribute, including Stefan Heilemann, Paul Stradner and Christian Kuchler. The dishes shift quickly between styles, with a tom yum featuring shellfish and a red mullet finished with generous miso.
Each part of the evening takes place in a themed room, such as Ocean, Umami and Universe. Guests sit in floating chairs for a journey of more than 100 minutes, and the seating changes between a circle, facing pairs and side-by-side rows. The chairs were developed by MACK Rides, weigh 320 kg and have almost 2,100 parts.
Sommelier Vincenzo De Biase pours international wines, and an alcohol-free pairing is also available. Der Feinschmecker gave the restaurant a rating of 3 for 2026. The final room, Incarnation, closes the meal with a dessert on a flying ring, and the bar manager Turusan Demir places a strong focus on sustainability.
