The story
Le Stollberg is a French kitchen at Stollbergstraße 2 in Munich, and the Schlemmer Atlas gave it three Kochlöffel for 2026. The restaurant sits between the Viktualienmarkt and Maximilianstraße, close to the Isartor.
Anette Huber owns the restaurant and runs its kitchen. Her training took her through Käfer in Munich, Cliveden House near London, the Brandenburger Hof in Berlin and Le Calandre near Padua. She buys much of her produce at the market each morning, including kid goat from a Demeter farm, game from a local hunter and cheese from an Alsatian affineur. Offal is a particular focus of the menu.
The Schlemmer Atlas singled out Fines de Claire oysters, foie gras and tarte tatin. The Michelin Guide lists the restaurant as a Recommended address for 2026. The lunch card has included smoked trout tartare and rosé lamb loin with ratatouille, and the room offers air conditioning, outdoor seating and a private room.
