Wine list and small plates

The bottles change with selections from around the world, and the team pours rarities for seasoned collectors and newcomers alike. Kitchen snacks come from regional partners and are chosen to match a glass. The Schlemmer Atlas (2026) awarded 1.5 Kochlöffel and singled out salmon trout, burrata and Pata Negra ham served with the wine.

Schnitzel on Mondays

Mondays belong to Wiener Schnitzel, served with a potato and Vogerl salad dressed with pumpkin seed oil and lingonberries. Vegetarian guests get a seasonal Flammkuchen that day.
