Restaurant Purino is an Italian kitchen at Strandbadweg 1 in Mannheim, right at the Rhine lido. The Schlemmer Atlas gave it one Kochlöffel in 2026.
The Schlemmer Atlas describes a pure Dolce Vita mood along the Rhine waterfront, with homemade pasta and pizza served in a relaxed setting. Purino's own site frames the Mannheim branch as holiday feeling directly on the water, at the Strandbad.
Purino comes from the Klix family, who trace their Italian roots to a big shared table and build the cooking around it. Their menu, as shown on the group's Dortmund page, lists stone-oven pizza, handmade ravioli, focaccia with Maldon sea salt and burrata from Apulia.
