Kinfelts Kitchen & Wine is a bistro with a French-international kitchen at Am Kaiserkai 56 in Hamburg's HafenCity, close to the Elbphilharmonie. The Michelin Recommended listing in 2026 recognises a menu that changes regularly with the seasons and a wine list that runs to more than 600 bottles.

Cooking and ingredients

This is Kirill Kinfelt's second restaurant, and it pairs regional produce with international influences. The menu moves between small plates for in-between meals and fuller fine-dining courses. Dishes include a truffle pasta with parmesan and chives, braised Iberico pork cheeks with couscous, and a Wiener Schnitzel served with bratkartoffeln and lingonberries.

Wine and tastings

Sommelier Maximilian Wilm guides the list, and the restaurant describes him as Germany's best sommelier of 2019. A tasting studio opposite the dining room hosts monthly tastings and beginner evenings, which include seven wines and small snacks from the kitchen.
