The story
Grace Restaurant sits at Kurfürstendamm 25 in Berlin's 10719 district, where its fusion kitchen blends Asian and European flavours. The restaurant earned a Michelin Recommended mention in 2026, and the menu leans on small plates meant for sharing.
Executive Chef Martin Bruhn leads a young, experimental kitchen team. Their cooking draws on Asian-Californian and European flavours, and the plates are designed for the same relaxed elegance as the room. Small plates can arrive family-style, so the meal becomes something guests pass around. Sommelier Ben chooses the wine list and keeps guests current on international wine trends.
The Creamy Rock Shrimps, listed at 23 euros, arrive with chili mayonnaise, green papaya, and cilantro with cashew nuts. The Asia Burrata at 21 euros pairs zucchini and cherry tomato with fig, yuzu and smoked almond. Crispy rice with salmon tatar, scallions and wasabi ponzu opens the menu at the same price. The Steak Tobanyaki is another dish the kitchen highlights.
The interior is the work of designer Dayna Lee, who drew on New York and London townhouses. Dark wood, velvet and gold accents give the dining room its polished, relaxed character. Schlemmer Atlas awarded the restaurant 2 Kochlöffel for its 1920s-inspired styling and a rooftop with 270-degree views across Berlin. Later in the evening, the bar serves signature cocktails, highballs and champagne, and hosts live DJs on several nights a week.
