The story
Wintergarten, at Schillerstraße 4 in Baden-Baden, is the French and Badische dining room of Brenners Park-Hotel, listed as Recommended by the Michelin Guide in 2026.
Executive Chef Stefan Naatz and Maître Sommelier Darius Wieczorek give guests free rein over the menu and the à la carte. Much of the cooking happens at the table: whole sole is filleted in front of you, Crêpe Suzette is flambéed, and steak tartare is prepared on the spot. The lobster bisque comes with crustacean tartare and nut butter foam. Around 300 wines, focused on Germany and France, fill the list.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass roof and white tablecloths define the conservatory, with retro touches and wicker chairs. A spacious terrace looks onto the park and the Lichtentaler Allee. Der Feinschmecker gave Wintergarten a 3 in 2026. The kitchen offers five-course haute cuisine as well as a Wiener schnitzel.
