The story
Boury is a French restaurant at Rumbeeksesteenweg 300 in Roeselare, awarded three Michelin stars in 2026. Gault&Millau also gives it a 19 for the same year, praising a welcome and service at international level.
Lunch has its own five-course Prélude menu, a daily-changing choice by the chef, served neither on Sundays nor on public holidays. Evenings centre on the longer Boury menu. À la carte is offered too, though not on Friday and Saturday evenings or on holidays. In June and July the kitchen serves only the Boury 15th Anniversary menu.
The French kitchen leans on seafood and luxury produce. Signature 'Ostra Regal' oyster and Oosterschelde lobster open the à la carte, followed by Breton langoustine in three preparations. Oscietra Prestige caviar appears in three versions, one with moscovite potato, whey and hay. Among the mains are veal sweetbread en cocotte with truffle and morels, milk-fed veal from Corrèze, and A5 wagyu fillet with fries cooked in beef fat.
Sweet courses include a Bronte pistachio soufflé with raspberry and basil, crêpe suzette, and a cheese trolley of farm cheeses. The sommeliers suggest a wine for each dish and will pour a beer if you prefer. There is also an alcohol-free pairing built from fruit, herbs and vegetables, served sparkling or still, hot or cold. When the weather allows, aperitifs and coffee can be taken on the terrace.
