The story
L'Entretien in Namur cooks modern French food at Chaussée de Namur 258B, 5310 Eghezée (Leuze), and Gault&Millau gave it 14 points in 2026. The restaurant sits inside a garage, part of the All-Cars BMW Service group, so the dining room is an unexpected find on a country road.
Chef Robin Haquenne built the kitchen around market produce, fresh and seasonal. Gault&Millau describes the cooking as contemporary, precise and refined, with Robin and his long-serving sous-chef driving the evolution of the menu. Michelin lists the restaurant as Recommended for 2026.
The market menu changes with the season. The current version includes a tomato surprise with stracciatella, olive and tomato caramel, and sea bream with butternut, raisin and curry. Meat lovers can order bavette with Colonnata lard and ratatouille concentrate, or the butcher's cut with seasonal garnish for two.
Beef Wellington is the house showpiece, a pastry-wrapped beef dish that needs ordering 48 hours ahead. It is served à la carte at 85 euros for two.
The team describes the room as warm, personal and contemporary. The bar is run by Amaury, and a sommelier's glass of wine starts at 9 euros, with a non-alcoholic alternative at 6 euros. Breakfast is a separate formula, built around an eggs Benedict with poached egg, salmon, avocado and brioche, plus pastries from the pastry chef Alexis.
