The story
Attablez-vous is a modern French restaurant at Tienne Maquet 16 in Namur, and it holds one Michelin star (2026) along with 16/20 from Gault&Millau (2026). The restaurant sits in the La Plante district, where chef Charles Jeandrain runs the kitchen.
Charles Jeandrain pairs playful ideas with classic flavours. The restaurant says the kitchen puts weight on the origin of each ingredient and on respect for its produce. Gault&Millau singles out the opening amuse-bouches, including a Beekridder taco with guacamole, as an early sign of the chef's precision and balance.
The two dining rooms are lined with flowering trees and lit by daylight during the day and softer lamps in the evening. A cheese cellar stands in the middle of the restaurant. Service is led by dining room director Taïeb, and sommelier Max guides the wine list.
