The story
Gastro Brisk, listed under Brussels, serves a contemporary kitchen at Alfons Gossetlaan 31 in Groot-Bijgaarden, and Gault&Millau scored it 13 points in 2026. The restaurant took over the former Michel and kept its warm, bistro-style room while rebuilding the menu around taste.
Sam Van Landeghem created the concept. The restaurant describes its cooking as refined, built on fresh ingredients and careful preparation. Michelin has listed it as Recommended for 2026.
The four-course menu costs €85, with a matched wine selection at €45. The signature dish is ravioli with king crab, quail egg and oscietra caviar, which can be added to the menu for €21. Starters include tuna cannelloni with North Sea crab and quinoa, and a veal salad with summer truffle on focaccia.
The chocolate dessert uses Van Dender chocolate with mango and Pu'er black tea. Another option is a pancake with apple and bourbon vanilla ice cream, flambéed with calvados. The drinks list includes a Negroni, a Limoncello Spritz, several zero-alcohol options and a house kombucha.
