The story
Le Partage is a French restaurant at Chemin du Béthania 1 in Crans-Montana, inside the Aïda Hôtel & Spa. Gault&Millau awarded it 14 points in 2026. The menu is built for sharing, so the evening centres on plates passed across the table.
Franck Reynaud is responsible for the menu, which is carried out day to day by Gioele Marzola. Marzola is Italian, and his kitchen goes well beyond pasta and pizza. The evening Grand Partage arrives as 16 plates meant to be shared.
Early courses include focaccia with tuna belly, set on a sauce of roasted tomatoes and artichokes. Meatballs sit on onion crémeux, and an Alpine cheese cream is poured over them at the table. Later come a giant octopus and panko croquette with pepper cream, tagliatelle with blue lobster, and a saffron risotto finished with gold flakes. Lamb ravioli arrive in a small pan with demi-glace and a tangy yoghurt and chive sauce. The meal closes with a hazelnut millefeuille.
The restaurant sits within a hotel of 18 rooms and suites. The hotel describes a sun terrace overlooking the pool, where guests can take a gourmet meal with a view. Gault&Millau describes the dining room as modern and cosy.
