The story
Restaurant Weinrot, at Schleswiger Str. 29 in Bremerhaven, is the restaurant of Hotel Haverkamp and serves World Cuisine shaped by northern German cooking and Mediterranean influences. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 1.5 Kochlöffel in 2026.
The kitchen works with seasonal ingredients and pairs northern German dishes with international ideas. Fish and meat share the menu with vegetarian and vegan plates. The house describes its food as soul food, cooked for people who like to eat rather than for critics.
