The story
GolfHütte sits at Lindenallee 1 in Blankenhain, Germany, inside the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land. The Mediterranean and fusion kitchen earned 1,5 Kochlöffel in the Schlemmer Atlas 2026.
The Schlemmer Atlas highlights flammkuchen, truffle pasta and a grayling fillet. Guests can also order a three-course menu. The restaurant runs a separate summer and winter card, so the selection changes through the year.
The terrace looks out over the open landscape and onto hole 18 of the Feininger course, so diners can watch golfers finish their rounds. Inside, a banquet hall and meeting rooms host functions and family celebrations.
