The story
Restaurant Stelldichein at Am Kurgarten 5 in Bad Kissingen received 2 Kochlöffel from the Schlemmer Atlas in 2026. It is the à la carte restaurant of the Grand Hotel Kaiserhof Victoria, right next to the spa park.
The menu leans on homemade, regional and traditional dishes, presented with a few surprises. Vegan options are available. Guests can build a three-course meal freely from the menu, choosing a starter, a main and a dessert. The hotel also sells this as a 45 € voucher per person at reception.
The dining room is modern and café-style, set inside a historic building. A sunny terrace adds outdoor seating. The Schlemmer Atlas notes the location at Europe's oldest salt evaporation tower site.
