The Pembroke, at 1500 New Hampshire Ave. NW in Washington's Dupont Circle, serves a seasonal American kitchen with French and European touches, and holds a Michelin Recommended distinction (2026).
Seasonal ingredients guide the menu, and familiar flavors are reworked into dishes that feel deliberate but approachable. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner each run on their own menu. Weekend brunch is when the room is at its liveliest.
The Power Lunch is a three-course midday menu served bento-box style, with crisp greens, steak or eggplant parmesan, and a butterscotch budino to finish. The wine list earned a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2025, and a zero-proof menu covers guests who skip alcohol.
