Chef and cooking style

Executive chef Shaun Acosta leads the kitchen after more than 20 years with Four Seasons. A Northern California native, he has cooked in Hawaii, New York and Napa Valley before returning to the Bay Area. His approach is "less is more," with menus that follow the season and the region.
