The story
The Lambs Club is an American restaurant at 132 West 44th Street in New York City, inside The Chatwal Hotel. It appears in the Michelin Guide as a Recommended restaurant for 2026.
Chef Jack Logue cooks American classics through a New York lens. Dinner starts with steak tartare (horseradish, egg yolk, caviar) or king crab with uni and lemon. 'Nduja carbonara comes with a bacon fat poached egg, and duck à l'orange arrives with tangerine and beets. The Chop House section of this steakhouse menu lists Wagyu skirt, Wagyu New York strip and an 8 oz filet mignon.
Forbes Travel Guide also recommends The Lambs Club for 2026 and describes the red art deco dining room, where business meetings and dinner dates share the floor. The pre-theater menu runs Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 to 7:00 PM in the main dining room, at $89 for two courses or $95 for three. The room once hosted Cecil B. DeMille, Eugene O'Neill and Irving Berlin. Upstairs, the Stanford White Studio is used for private events.
The Gold Rush (bourbon, honey syrup, lemon) was created by barman Sasha Petraske, and the restaurant keeps it on the list in his honor. The bar also pours martinis and house cask cocktails aged 15 days, including a Manhattan with rye and a Madeira wash.
