The room above Edge

Peak sits on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, at the top of a 1,296-foot tower. It is one level above Edge, the observation deck. The space has been freshly renovated around its skyline views. Alongside the dining room there is a bar, a private room and event space for groups.

Tao Group Hospitality runs the kitchen, which cooks modern American food and offers a set lunch menu. The cellar has earned Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence, a good reason to look at the list as well as the plates.
