The story
Los Fuegos By Francis Mallmann is an Argentinian steakhouse in Miami at 3201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33140. Forbes Travel Guide awarded it Four-Star status for 2026.
Mallmann built the outdoor fire kitchen in the hotel courtyard to draw out flavors that only grilling produces. The setup includes a custom wood oven, a large grill known as the "piano," planchas (metal griddles), and an area dedicated solely to cooking in ashes. Michelin lists the restaurant as Recommended for 2026.
The standout meals include wood-oven empanadas, skirt steak, and prime rib-eye a la Parrilla served with chimichurri. Handmade potato gnocchi also earns a place among the signature plates. Once a week, the restaurant hosts an asado, an outdoor party built around whole animals, both meat and seafood.
The cocktail menu comes from a beverage program led by director Zarko Stankovik, working with Mayur Subbarao and Mark Kinzer. The wine list includes Faena Wines, a selection developed with Marcelo Pelleriti, the first Argentine winemaker to receive a perfect 100-point score from Robert Parker.
